TOP SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
8+ years of professional software development, including 3+ years managing engineers.
Deep expertise in Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API) and modern tooling (Visual Studio, GitHub).
Hands-on CI/CD experience and a passion for automation.
Experience with cloud-based solutions, ideally with AWS
Fintech domain experience (lender or agency side) with awareness of regulatory, compliance, and security controls.
