IT Product Manager – Online Payment Service (Health)
Location: Hybrid, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. (Canada only)
Employment Type: [Full-time / Contract]

About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our Online Payment Service. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to shape and deliver a product that enhances client experience, supports business growth, and aligns with corporate policies and IT strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Product Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the product, from ideation to execution.
Client-Centric Development:
Gain deep insights into client needs, identify product gaps, and generate ideas to enhance the service and user experience.
Strategic Alignment:
Refine product vision in alignment with organizational strategy, ensuring consistency with I&IT corporate policies.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Support team and stakeholders to maintain strong client relationships and manage expectations.
Go-to-Market Leadership:
Drive product launches, including positioning, pricing, onboarding plans, and internal/external communications.
Product Strategy & Road Mapping:
Translate vision into detailed product requirements, prioritize initiatives, and manage competing deadlines.
What You’ll Do
Gather and prioritize product and client requirements
Develop pricing and positioning strategies
Scope, plan, and deliver initiatives with cross-functional teams
Evaluate onboarding and communication plans for consistency and effectiveness
Act as a product evangelist and client liaison to gather feedback and improve services
Experience & Skill Set needed:
Proven experience with payment solutions or online payment platforms
Strong knowledge in defining product strategy and managing product roadmaps
Expertise in gathering client requirements and turning them into actionable features
Demonstrated ability to improve client experience and drive market growth
Experience leading cross-functional teams and communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong project and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable engaging with customers, collecting feedback, and iterating based on market and client needs
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience delivering MRDs/PRDs with prioritization and feature justification
Background in launching beta or pilot programs
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, agile environment
