We’re Hiring: Senior Scrum Master – Telecom Digital Programs
📍 Location: Brampton, ON / Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
💼 Experience: 10+ Years | 🕒 Type: Full-Time | Prior Telecom experience required

⚠️[ Note : Only Candidates holding Canadian PR / OWP / Citizenship will be considered ]

✅ Qualifications
10+ years in IT/Telecom, with 5+ years in a dedicated Scrum Master role
Telecom domain experience is a must (e.g., self-serve, e-commerce, digital ordering, mobile/web apps)
Strong command of SAFe, including hands-on PI Planning facilitation
Proficient with tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
Certified Scrum Master (CSM, SSM, or equivalent) – Mandatory
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and team facilitation skills
Experience with major telecom operators strongly preferred
