Infrastructure Analyst

New Contract Opportunity – Infrastructure Analyst – (Greater Vancouver Area– 3 Months, Extendable) 🚨
We’re currently looking for an experienced Infrastructure Analyst to join a large and dynamic organization on a 3-month contract (with potential for extension).
This is a remote-first role, with occasional visits to offices or data centers in the Greater Vancouver Area.

🛠 What you’ll be doing:
Supporting and maintaining both on-prem and cloud infrastructure (Windows Server, VMware, Exchange, O365, Azure)
Troubleshooting escalated issues and ensuring high availability of data center operations
Working closely with IT and business stakeholders to improve infrastructure performance and support best practices
Participating in change management and documentation processes

💼 What we’re looking for:
4+ years of experience in infrastructure roles within large enterprise environments
Strong background with Microsoft technologies and virtualization
Proven ability to handle complex infrastructure issues and project work
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
ITIL certification is a plus!

📍 Location: Remote (occasional on-site work in Greater Vancouver area)
🕒 Contract Length: 3 Months (extendable)
