🚨 Now Hiring: Service Desk Analyst
📍 Location: Onsite only – Regina, SK
📆 Deadline: 07-14-2025

Must-Have Experience:
➡️ 5+ years on a corporate IT Service Desk; relevant diploma/degree
➡️ Tier 1 support for Windows 11, MS365, LOB apps
➡️ Troubleshooting, ticketing, and end-user support

Working knowledge of:
✅ Active Directory & file permissions
✅ Cherwell or ServiceNow
✅ Incident, Request & Knowledge Management

📜 Certifications: ITIL or HDI

🏢 Onsite Mon–Fri (shift between 7:00–5:30), on-call rotation

Valuable Skills:
👨‍💻 Strong communication & documentation
👨‍💻 Multi-tasking, customer service, proactive mindset
👨‍💻 Experience in multi-vendor IT environments
