Hiring: Salesforce QA Lead – Remote (Canada) – Contract (Long-Term) 🇨🇦

We are actively seeking a Salesforce QA Lead – Remote (Canada) for a long-term contract opportunity (12 months or more).

🔹 Key Requirements:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Lead – Automation to lead quality assurance efforts across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce testing, strong automation skills, and the ability to lead QA activities across agile teams. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of quality in every release.

Responsibility

◾ 10+ years of QA experience with a focus on Salesforce platforms.
◾ 4+ years in a QA Lead role, preferably on Salesforce projects.
◾ Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Provar.
◾ Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
◾ Lead end-to-end QA efforts for Salesforce projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom implementations.
◾ Plan and execute test strategies including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
◾ Mentor and guide QA team members, ensuring delivery standards are met
