📋 Role Details:
📍 Location: Onsite at Head Office, Regina, SK (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
📅 Contract Term: July 21, 2025 – March 31, 2027 (with up to four 1-year renewals).

💼 Job Description:
We’re looking for two Data Engineers to join our Enterprise Analytics team, building scalable data pipelines and lakehouse architectures to support advanced analytics and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

🛠️ Data Pipelines: Design and maintain ETL processes using SQL Server, SSIS, Python, PySpark, and SparkSQL.
☁️ Cloud Expertise: Leverage Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Data Lake for cloud-based data solutions.
🔍 Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ensure data pipeline reliability and compliance with policies like PIPEDA.
📈 Architecture & Integration: Implement lakehouse architectures (Delta format) and integrate third-party APIs, including Microsoft Graph.
🤝 Collaboration: Work with business leaders and analytics teams to optimize data infrastructure and provide actionable insights.
📚 Governance & Innovation: Champion DAMA/DMBoK principles, oversee legacy system migrations, and stay ahead of data management trends.

✅ Mandatory Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Sciences, or 5+ years related work experience.
5+ years (within last 7 years) in modern data management (ETL, data design, architecture, modeling).
Ability to work full-time onsite in Regina, SK, and attend in-person interviews if shortlisted.
🌟 Desired Qualifications:
Expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, Python, PySpark, Databricks, and Azure tools.
Experience with lakehouse architectures, API integration, CI/CD, and Git.
Knowledge of DAMA/DMBoK, machine learning, AI, and industry security standards.
North American job experience (asset).
