QA Tester – HIE

🚨 We’re Hiring: QA Tester – HIE (Remote, Canada) 🚨

We’re looking for an experienced QA Tester with a strong background in the healthcare domain, specifically Health Information Exchange (HIE) systems.

📍 Location: Remote (Canada)
📝 Type: Contract Position

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
✅ Deep knowledge of HL7 and CCDA messaging standards
✅ Proven experience in manual QA testing
✅ Hands-on experience validating electronic health data exchanges
✅ Comfortable working in Agile environments
✅ Strong communication and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Perform manual QA testing for healthcare applications
📄 Create and maintain detailed test plans and test cases
🧩 Validate HL7 and CCDA message formats
🤝 Collaborate closely with business and technical teams
⚖️ Ensure compliance with healthcare data privacy standards

We’re looking for someone with 8+ years in IT and at least 5 years of manual QA testing experience — with a passion for improving healthcare systems through quality assurance.
