✅ Key Responsibilities:
Lead accessibility testing across web/mobile platforms (WCAG 2.1, AODA compliance).
Use tools like Axe, JAWS, NVDA, and VoiceOver to identify accessibility issues.
Plan and manage UAT cycles, coordinate with business stakeholders and users.
Define UAT strategies, write test plans, and drive defect resolution.
🔍 Key Skills:
8+ years in QA with 5+ years leading accessibility and/or UAT testing
Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and assistive technologies
Hands-on UAT experience in Agile environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Nice to Have: Accessibility certifications (CPACC, WAS), experience in banking/insurance domains.
