Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Pega Engineer to support and enhance the Pega Platform within SunLife’s AOS CRM & BPM environment. This role involves system administration, production support, performance monitoring, and integration of Pega solutions with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate should be self-driven with a strong infrastructure and application support background.

Mandatory Skills:
5+ years of hands-on experience in application and production support
Certified or proven working experience with the Pega Platform
Experience in infrastructure support, system stability, and performance monitoring
Proficiency in integrating vendor packages across varied technologies
Strong knowledge of client-server and web-based application environments
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle)
Technical expertise in J2EE, JSP, EJB, XML, Java, Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Exposure to Agile and SDLC methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and across multi-site teams
