Servicenow Developer

We have an initial 6-month contract opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer. This is REMOTE work, but candidates within GTA or Kitchener-Waterloo, are preferred, for occasional in-office meetings.

The ServiceNow Developer will assist in the design, development, and configuration of custom solutions for Service Portal, and other custom application work. The Resource must have deep Java and Angular experience.

Key Responsibilities: Participate in the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment; Design and configure ServiceNow Service Portal, and other modules and custom applications based on business needs; Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies; Implement workflows, business rules, and automation to streamline processes and improve user experience; Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Ensure that best practices and ITIL frameworks are followed; and assist with upgrades, patches, and new releases to ensure platform stability and enhancement of functionality.
