Project Coordinator

We Are Hiring: **Project Coordinator** (5+ years) | GTA, Ontario

VStream Labs is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support project management activities and ensure quality and excellence in project delivery. This role is ideal for candidates with over 5 years of relevant experience who excel in coordination, status reporting, and managing project-oriented work efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Location: GTA, Ontario (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

What You Will Do:
● Provide support and control of project management activities under the supervision of a Project Manager.
● Assist with day-to-day project activities, including status reporting and application of project management methodologies.
● Coordinate, track, and manage projects through all phases—from initiation to completion.
● Identify scheduling issues and potential risks within project plans.
● Ensure alignment with governance and processes, following guidance from Project Managers, QA, and Compliance teams.
● Support quality delivery of projects on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.
● Lead light governance projects or specific project phases under coaching from a Project Manager.
● Prepare and manage documentation, metrics, and reports to support project visibility and control.

Requirements:
● 5+ years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities outlined.
● Familiarity with Enterprise Portfolio Management (EPM) applications.
● Proficient in Microsoft Project; strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
● College diploma or equivalent experience.
● Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
● Strong organizational skills with demonstrated follow-up and attention to detail.
● Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate reports.
● Ability to interpret, adapt, and apply company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
● Capability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Note: Candidates must be in Canada and have an Open Work Permit/PR/Citizenship or otherwise be eligible to work in Canada.
