About the job
We’re currently hiring a Senior Salesforce System Administrator. In this role, you’ll be a key member of the team responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining our Salesforce platform, with a strong focus on user experience, functionality, and business alignment. Your deep understanding of Salesforce administration and experience with Field Service and Experience Cloud will make you a critical partner to both technical teams and operational users.

Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Salesforce features including flows, objects, profiles, page layouts, permission sets, and reporting
Partner with operations and business stakeholders to gather, understand, and deliver on system requirements
Develop and execute test plans for new functionality and enhancements
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported through internal support channels
Document configurations, decisions, and training materials for end users
Support deployment planning, sandbox testing, and production releases
Help standardize platform use across business units and regions
Build meaningful dashboards and reports for all levels of leadership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
5–7 years of Salesforce admin experience, particularly in Service, Field Service, and Experience Cloud
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required); Field Service Consultant (preferred)
Strong understanding of configuration best practices and CI/CD deployment pipelines
Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar agile project tools
Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting field-based operations is an asset
Knowledge of ITSM or other structured support environments is an advantage
