Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for an AI Solution Architect- Chatbot/Generative AI who will lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI chatbot solutions. This role will work closely with business and technical teams to shape strategy, design architecture, and ensure compliance and performance across AI initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Define chatbot strategy, use cases, and user journeys in collaboration with stakeholders.
Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing AI chatbot solutions
Design conversation flows, intents, and entities using modern frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
Implement RAG and agentic AI capabilities; fine-tune and deploy LLMs
Ensure solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards
Guide cross-functional teams and act as a bridge between business and technology
Stay current on AI trends, prompt engineering, and methods to reduce hallucinations
Desired Skill Set:
8+ years in AI/ML; 3+ years in architecture/design roles
Proven experience deploying large-scale AI solutions and chatbots
Strong knowledge of agentic AI, RAG, LLMs, and prompt engineering
Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, etc.) and microservices architecture
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Strategic mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
