Are you a dynamic Support Specialist ready to take on a new challenge? Our client is looking for individuals to support Windows 11 and iOS device refresh projects across multiple client sites.

Key Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience in configuring, imaging, and deploying Windows laptops, desktops, and iOS devices
– Proficiency in software installs/deployments, patch applications for Windows OS, and iOS
– Skilled in hardware troubleshooting for Windows and iOS devices
– Familiarity with Mobile Device Management tools for iOS devices

In addition to technical expertise, we seek candidates with:
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
– Proven track record of meeting deadlines

Location Details:
🏢 Fully onsite commitment, 5 days per week
🗺️ Work locations span from Oshawa to Hamilton and Bradford/East Gwillimbury
