📍 Location: North York, Toronto (On-site, 5 days/week)

We are looking to hire two experienced Operational Technology (OT) Network Engineers.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of secure, scalable OT networks that support mission-critical operations. You will work on leading-edge infrastructure in industrial, SCADA, and building automation environments, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity, performance, and innovation.
🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain OT/IT network infrastructure using Cisco, Fortinet, and Siemens technologies
Manage security configurations and apply IEC 62443 standards to critical infrastructure
Integrate and support HMI and PLC control systems in OT environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize network interoperability and security
Configure and troubleshoot protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP, BGP, DHCP, DNS
Develop detailed documentation including network diagrams, SOPs, and inventory
Implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies for OT systems
Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging threats in OT cybersecurity
✅ Qualifications:
7+ years of hands-on experience in OT/IT network engineering
Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking, OT/SCADA, and industrial protocols (e.g., Profinet, BACnet, ControlNet)
Experience with Fortinet, Cisco Firepower, UCS Servers, Windows Server, Active Directory
Familiarity with Rockwell, HMI integration, and OT system lifecycle
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Control Systems
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CISSP are a strong asset
