Technical Manager (Telecom)
Location: Brampton (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time / Contract

JD and Key Responsibilities:
10+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a technical management role.
Hands-on experience with technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, Microservices.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including BSAs, developers, QA, and DevOps across onshore and offshore locations.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements, define scope, and manage expectations.
Provide technical guidance in Java/Spring Boot, Angular, and other web technologies.
Drive sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/SAFe environment.
Ensure delivery compliance with performance KPIs, SLAs, and governance standards.
Participate in technical solutioning, estimations, and resource planning.
Identify risks and work on mitigation strategies proactively.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
