📝 Role: Front-End Designer (Senior)
📍 Location: Primarily Remote (Must reside in Canada; occasional in-person meetings in Alberta)
⏳ Duration: 12 Months (Extensions up to 24 months possible)
📅 Start Date: July 7, 2025
📆 Interviews: Estimated to begin 2nd week of June
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Design evidence-based, user-friendly digital solutions for public services
Create UX deliverables: wireframes, design patterns, prototypes, specs
Collaborate in Agile teams (designers, product owners, researchers, devs)
Lead usability testing, accessibility analysis (WCAG), and interface design
Contribute to cross-ministry innovation projects that impact real citizens
✅ Must-Have Experience (2+ years):
Designing digital interfaces (web/mobile) with accessibility in mind
UX tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Azure, etc.
Building and maintaining design systems & component libraries
Working in cross-functional Agile teams in a public or enterprise setting
Using WCAG and accessibility principles in design

✅ Must be eligible to work in Canada and obtain government security clearance
✅ Some roles may require Enhanced or RCMP Top Secret Clearance
