About the Role: The HR Administrative Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting both Human Resources Functions and Executive Administration. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

Assist with recruitment and interview process. Track status of candidates, and respond with follow-up emails at the end of the recruiting process.Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed and systems are updated.Maintain and update employee records in HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate other administrative tasks.Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, including logistics and vendor management.Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.Collaborate with the HR Manager to develop initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.Handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.0–2 years of experience in HR, Administrative Support, or a related area.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
