Are you a seasoned Salesforce professional ready to take on a challenging role in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for two Senior Salesforce Designers – CRM to join our team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-impact public sector project.

What You’ll Bring:
5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including:
Public Sector Foundation
Sales Cloud
Strong configuration vs. custom code judgment
Certifications (or equivalent experience):
Salesforce Platform Developer I
Salesforce OmniStudio Developer
Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Proven Track Record In:
Hands-on Salesforce configuration, troubleshooting, and integration
Supporting and enhancing Salesforce solutions in both dev and production environments
Designing and supporting prototypes, POCs, and ODA-compliant implementations
Root cause analysis and performance measurement documentation
Fit/gap analysis between requirements and Salesforce Public Sector capabilities
Communicating risks, reporting progress, and managing change requests effectively
Documenting technical designs, processes, and build books
Technical Skills:
Integration via web services or similar tools
Agile Scrum methodologies
Azure DevOps for sprint management, bug tracking, and testing lifecycle
Strong understanding of SDLC in agile environments

Soft Skills:
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal
Collaborative team player experienced in working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
