Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior QA Analyst to join our Agile team. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital experiences across our customer-facing web and mobile platforms through a combination of manual and automated testing.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage test cases aligned with product requirements.Perform functional, regression, load, and end-to-end testing across web and mobile platforms.Validate data flow from backend systems (databases, APIs) to the UI.Collaborate with Agile teams throughout the SDLC, from sprint planning to production releases.Test application builds across various devices, operating systems, and resolutions using tools like BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, and Firebase Test Lab.Lead comprehensive testing efforts including UI, integration, smoke, and sanity tests.Ensure traceability between test cases and business requirements.Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile (iOS & Android) applications.Document and present test results to stakeholders; support release and quality improvement processes.Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis, and drive testing best practices.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in QA manual and automation testing across web and native mobile platforms (iOS & Android).Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating closely with web and mobile development teams.Proven ability to build and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reliable testing processes.

PREFERRED SKILLS

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Familiarity with CMS platforms, front-end technologies, and browser debugging tools.Experience with manual, automated, accessibility, UAT, and regression testing across web and mobile (iOS/Android).Proficient in RESTful API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, Charles Proxy.Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Playwright, or Cypress.Proficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java.Familiarity with test case management (TestRail, Zephyr, QTest) and bug tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).Basic knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.Experience with AI-based QA automation tools is a plus.
