💼 Role Overview:
The Client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and F&O) and a strong background in software QA/testing. If you’re looking to work on impactful government transformation initiatives, this is your opportunity!

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including system integrations.
Validate workflows, forms, dashboards, and views to ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Participate in design reviews and perform system/integration testing.
Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, deployment, and bug fixes.
Create comprehensive documentation (technical specifications, test results, traceability matrix, defect logs).
Execute manual and automated test cases; integrate with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

✅ Must-Have Skills:
5+ years of QA/testing experience in Agile/SDLC environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & F&O.
Strong knowledge of QA processes, use case creation, bug lifecycle, and test case development.
Experience with tools like JIRA, Azure TFS, Postman, JMeter.
Familiarity with ERP implementations, functional design, and testing external integrations.
Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

💡 Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with Office 365, Power BI, PowerApps, Azure, SQL, and Active Directory.
Experience working with Trust Accounting Systems and financial modules (AR, AP, GL).
Strong interpersonal skills to engage with business stakeholders and lead discussions.
