As a Consultant, People & Culture Experience your responsibilities will include:
Assists to manage the overall local execution of the P&C strategies and priorities with a specific focus on driving business outcomes through talent attraction and engagement as defined below.Actively supports the implementation of our People and Culture strategy with a focus on talent attraction coordination.Communicates in effective and meaningful ways internally and externally on a regular basis to drive success of the People and Culture strategy.Collaborates regularly with P&C Managers and Talent Attraction to identify and prioritize the talent needs based on the level of urgency.Collaborates with our People Services and Talent Attraction teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout all recruitment.Provides Orientation/Onboarding (as required) within the business unit and working with stakeholders to ensure an integrated and exceptional experience for all new hires.Supports recruitment needs through proactive analysis and recommendations to the P&C Manager; identifying any gaps in talent within the business unit and addressing them proactively.Liaises with the Talent Attraction team to ensure our recruitment efforts for experienced hires are focused and aligned with our organizational goals.Works closely with designated Service Line leaders and Campus Ambassadors to manage and forecast Campus recruitment headcount, ensuring we meet our talent needs.Project manages and own the campus rehire process while continuously assessing and improving our Campus performance evaluation processes to retain top talent for each academic term.Supports our Campus Talent attraction team on all campus talent initiatives.Helps identify and develop our Hiring Managers to effectively recruit, select and onboard while providing an exceptional candidate experience.Collaborates with people experience team to create actionable surveys on the co-op experience, distribute, collect, analyze and make recommendations based on co-op feedbackEnsures consistency in criteria for Full time and returning co-op offersSupports onboarding for Campus Guides and collaborate with the PCMs to ensure Guides receive support from their People Managers
Attraction
Under the direction of the PCE Regional Director, this role works with BU leadership to identify the one-to-three-year projection of talent requirements. Identifies gaps that need to be filled through talent acquisition and shares plan at least annually with Talent Attraction team.Under the direction of the PCE Manager takes the lead with BU Leadership in determining the needs for all experienced hire vacancies and collaborates with Talent Attraction team and Hiring Managers to fill roles with the best candidates as quickly as possible.Develops Hiring Managers to recruit, select and onboard consistent with Firm’s process.Takes the lead in ensuring an excellent candidate experience for all candidates interviewed by the Business Unit.Promotes and supports the firm’s employer brand in all activities within the firm and externally.Works with the Business Unit to ensure coordination and seamless execution of the firm’s Campus campaign
