Job Description
🎯 Key Objective Statements
🔷 Evaluate and improve CM processes suitable for the size, the complexity of the product and the industry.
🔷Ensure CM process is easily understood and usable, without the need for intensive training, to all stakeholders within the business.
🔷A pragmatic approach focused on the highest return on investment CM processes should be prioritized with the architecture of the CM process designed to allow further improvement when warranted.

🎯 Objectives
🔷Identify industry standard that could be adopted
🔷Evaluate current CM process to assess if it is suitable
🔷Identify gaps and actions to address any deficiencies in CM process
Scope of Work
🔷Identify and propose, with a view of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats, a CM standard for Company to adopt.
🔷Identify and evaluate all current CM process and tools in use at company against the key objective statements and selected industry standard.
🔷Recommend prioritized changes to Company CM process and tools based on the output of the evaluation.
🔷Seek endorsement and implement recommendations to CM process and tools.
🔷Create and deliver training material for revised CM process and tools.
🔷Create and deliver transition plan for all CM process and tools to Company Head of Configuration Management or an alternative as specified by Company.
