About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with deep Yardi expertise to join their downtown Toronto team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled, business-savvy professional to make a significant impact by optimizing enterprise systems and supporting cross-functional teams—especially finance, development, and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead business analysis for Yardi and related enterprise systems across multiple business units.
Collaborate with finance, IT, and operational teams to identify system enhancements and drive efficiency.
Analyze current processes and systems to uncover gaps and recommend improvements.
Document requirements, system specs, workflows, and user stories for tech teams.
Support integration and data transformation projects.
Ensure successful delivery of business and technical initiatives through close collaboration with stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 6+ years as a Business Systems Analyst
✅ Extensive hands-on experience with Yardi (Voyager, Breeze, or add-ons)
✅ Strong communication skills—especially when working with finance teams
✅ Experience in system optimization, automation, and cross-functional collaboration
✅ Skilled in SQL, data integration, and enterprise systems
Bonus Points For:
Experience supporting cloud-based platforms, system upgrades, or Yardi custom configurations
Familiarity with SaaS, BI tools, and data governance/reporting initiatives
Certified Scrum Master or Agile project experience
