🚨 Corporate Development Lead – Calgary, AB 🚨

Our client, a multi-disciplined EPC company based in Calgary, is looking for a dynamic Corporate Development Lead to join their growing team.
This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can wear multiple hats across the organization. You’ll oversee the day to day of functions of small pocket teams that handle HR, Accounting, Administration, Business Development, Hiring / Recruiting, and Marketing, while also supporting technical projects and driving employee engagement.

📌 What You’ll Do:

– Lead small pocket teams across HR, Accounting, Business Development, Hiring/Recruiting, and Marketing.
– Provide support on technical engineering projects as needed.
– Organize and run corporate events and employee engagement initiatives.
– Champion a collaborative, innovative, and adaptable workplace culture.

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

– 5–6 years of experience in an EPC environment.
– Proven leadership experience.
– Technical background (Mechanical or Process Engineering preferred).
– Exposure to project management.
– Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
– Versatile and hands-on—someone who can lead from the front and adapt quickly.
– Startup or employee-owned business experience is a strong asset.

Our client is offering the following compensation, $100,000 – $145,000 / Year Salary + Benefits.
