✅ Must-Have Skills
– 5+ years of experience in backend Java development
– Experience with Kafka for asynchronous communication
– Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, and Spring Boot
– Hands-on experience with Databricks and MongoDB
– Comfortable with ElasticSearch and distributed backend systems
– Familiar with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins
– Experience in GCP or Azure, and container orchestration with Kubernetes

🌟 Nice to Have
– Background in e-commerce platforms
– Willingness to train or grow in Databricks
– Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps principles
