BA/ BSA – Retail Lending

Working with one of the top financial clients, this role calls for a BA/ BSA – Retail Lending who will be responsible for writing requirements and solution requirements documents in Waterfall environments. In Agile environments, they will be responsible for creating user stories in JIRA rather than traditional Word documents.

Desired Skill Set:

4+ years of BSA experience within Canadian Financial Services, ideally in Retail Banking (not Wealth or Capital Markets)
Hands-on experience with Agile delivery frameworks, including tools like JIRA and Confluence
Exposure to Waterfall methodology is a plus
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice To Have:

Strong knowledge of Retail Banking processes and systems
Proactive communication and ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively
Hands-on experience delivering in both Agile and Waterfall environments with flexibility to shift as needed
