What you’ll do

As a Developer, you will have a focus on software development with the rest of our DevOps team on this high-profile IoT system. At the core of your strengths is your ability to see the big picture – you understand that your contributions are integral to keeping ahead of the technological curve, while enabling our customers to grow and prosper. As a Developer, you will:

Work within the software development backend team. Provide software support to front end software development team, and hardware teams, and operational support teams as requiredDevelop and maintain new Software features, and present to stakeholders – focused on back end, database driven applications including data processing and analysis.Provide support and maintenance as required.Create and maintain technical documentation for the IoT Software system as requiredWhat you bring:

Bilingual with English and French, spoken and written7+ years of recent Software Back-End development experience providing development and testing within a data processing environment.5+ years of TypeScript and NodeJs software development, other tools such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScriptExperience with SQL databases such as MySql, Microsoft SQL, PostGresExperience working with and writing restful APIsHands-on project experience using Jira, Slack, GIT repositories such as BitBucket, GitHub, GitLabExperience working with Back End developers, Front End developers and Quality AssuranceExperience in working with Agile/DevOps methodology and CI/CD pipelineUniversity degree in Computer Science or EngineeringFluent in French, spoken and written communicationsGreat-to-haves

Telecommunications experience, Real Time experienceFleet Management experience
