Our large retail client is looking for a Senior Manager of Interconnected Analytics! Retail industry experience preferred!

Core Experience:
Minimum 8-10 years in marketing analytics, data analytics, or e-commerce analytics.
At least 5 years in a managerial role, leading teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Specialized Skills:
Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and paid digital marketing tools (e.g., SEM, Social Media, Display, Affiliate channels).
Expertise in cross-channel attribution, testing methodologies, and online-to-offline measurement.
Experience with customer journey analysis, e-commerce feature analysis, and predictive analytics using machine learning techniques.
Technical Competence:
Proficiency with Data Management Platforms (DMP), ensuring integration, taxonomies, and tags support data analytics (Adobe Tag Manager).
Familiarity with cloud data lakes, ensuring routine data collection and troubleshooting data anomalies.
Expertise in A/B testing, optimization, targeting, and personalization strategies for marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of optimization tools integrated across marketing and data platforms.
Leadership & Collaboration:
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, ensuring professional development and driving high-throughput performance.
Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and product teams to align goals and drive interconnected analytics initiatives.
Strong communication skills to present data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
