Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for marketing analytics and hands-on SQL experience? We’re working with a leading Canadian bank to find a Data Analyst to join their Canadian Banking Analytics team for a 12-month contract role.
This is your opportunity to contribute to personalized marketing campaigns that reach millions of customers—using data, analytics, and decisioning tools like Pega to drive engagement and measurable results.

🔍 Role Overview
As part of the Campaign Design and Execution team, you’ll be responsible for designing, building, and analyzing marketing communications based on eligibility criteria, segmentation, and decisioning logic.
You’ll work cross-functionally across business and technical teams to execute marketing offers using SQL and Pega, analyze campaign performance, and deliver actionable insights to improve customer experiences.

📍 Location Hybrid – 2 days/week, Toronto
🕒 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
📅 Contract: 12 Months

✅ What We’re Looking For
8+ years of experience with relational databases & SQL (SQL Server, DB2, MySQL, SAS, GCP, etc.)
Strong background in data analysis, preferably in banking or retail
Experience working in complex, matrixed organizations
Hands-on experience with Pega Marketing, CDH, or Decision Manager is a major asset
Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI
Comfortable working independently and owning deliverables end-to-end

🎯 Bonus Points If You Have:
Pega Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification
Experience with targeted campaign execution and segmentation
Prior work with multi-channel marketing strategies
