Mandatory Requirements
1. Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
2. Valid PROSCI Change Management Certification
Skills and Experience
1. 10 years’ experience in a senior PM role.
2. 7 years’ experience as a PM (healthcare sector).
3. 5 years’ experience utilizing methodology such as PROSCI.
4. 3 years’ experience developing business cases, assessing cost and savings providing options and recommendations.
5. 3 years’ experience managing the implementing of Staff Scheduling workforce management (Standardizing HR/payroll/scheduling reports)
6. 2 years of experience as a project manager working on projects relating to the implementation of a patient safety and critical incident reporting solution in a healthcare setting.
7. 1 year of experience as a project manager working on projects relating to physiological monitoring devices in a healthcare setting.
