Requirements (Must have) – Payments Experience

Responsibilities:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
At least 7+ years of experience as a product owner, business analyst, or similar role in an agile environment.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles, values, and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.
Proficient in using Agile tools, such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.
Ability to work independently, proactively and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Passionate about delivering high-quality products that solve real-world problems and delight customers.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
Experience with geographically distributed teams.
Active involvement in Agile communities.
Understanding of traditional Waterfall approach and transition to Agile ways of working.
