🚨 We’re Hiring: Sales Compensation Analyst (Anaplan) | Contract | Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Sales Compensation Analyst to join our Sales Operations team on a 6-month contract basis. If you’re passionate about working with data, improving processes, and ensuring sales teams are rewarded accurately and fairly — this one’s for you.
🧠 About the Role:
You’ll take the lead on managing our Anaplan compensation platform, ensuring accurate sales targets, quotas, and commission payouts. You’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to deliver actionable insights and support performance tracking across all channels.
💼 What You’ll Do:
Own and manage sales compensation processes in Anaplan
Deliver insights and reports on sales performance, territories, and trends
Analyze sales data and partner with leadership to recommend improvements
Ensure accurate and timely commission payouts
Support campaign planning and sales goal-setting
Maintain sales hierarchies and territory logic
✅ What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in a data-focused analyst role (Sales Ops, Finance, or similar)
Strong Anaplan experience – must have hands-on knowledge
Expert-level Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, modeling)
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Excellent attention to detail and comfort with large datasets
Strong communication and collaboration skills – this is a cross-functional role
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (2 days/week in office)
