Work Experience-
Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least one hashtag#Pythonwebframework (such as hashtag#Django, hashtag#Flask, etc depending on your technology stack)
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as hashtag#JavaScript, hashtag#HTML5, and hashtag#CSS3
Good understanding of server-side templating languages (such as hashtag#Jinja 2, hashtag#Mako, etc depending on your technology stack)
Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (such as hashtag#Git, hashtag#Mercurial or hashtag#SVN)
Domain Knowledge-
hashtag#Telecom Concepts across hashtag#OSS, hashtag#BSS is an added advantage.
Knowledge on Incident Management Process
Knowledge of Telecom Products
Areas of Responsibility-
You will be responsible for analyzing, understanding the business flow of tickets, develop automation Script using Python, debug the code, find root cause of issue and fix the issue.
Learn all the business flows of different account types quickly and work on tickets to fix it on time independently.
Teach, implement, and adhere to the code quality Standards.
Adhere to hashtag#SDLC process and should follow standard code development process.
Maintain hashtag#HLD, hashtag#LLD, Code review, etc. frequently.
Remove internal impediments and escalate impediments outside of the team’s control via onsite hashtag#CDM and other regular meetings.
Provide expertise in incidents to customer to avoid issue in future.
Work with the team and ensure all the backlogs are cleared before hashtag#EOD.
Track and communicate team velocity and progress towards tickets bin.
Proactively work on tickets to find the root cause and fix it.
Help the teams to articulate and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
Facilitate team regular health checks.
Provide daily status on script development and tickets handled via automation
Proactively collaborate with support team
