Sr Tibco BW Developer

This is with a large IT services firm for a major US and International bank.
Candidate must have legal work status for Canada.
Client Location is Mississauga Ontario.
Hybrid – In-Office 3 days per week.
Perm/FT role, salary and benefits – $105-125k + Benefits

Role Overview
As a TIBCO Developer, candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing TIBCO-based integration solutions that support our business processes and applications.

Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy TIBCO integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO MDM, and other relevant TIBCO products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs for integration solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
• Perform testing and debugging of integration solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to resolve issues and optimize performance.
• Implement best practices in integration development, including version control, code reviews, and testing strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest TIBCO technologies and industry trends to continuously improve integration solutions.
• Provide support and training to users on TIBCO applications and processes as needed.

Requirements:
• Experience Range: 8+ Years
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a TIBCO Developer or similar role, with a solid understanding of TIBCO suite of products.
• Strong knowledge of TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO MDM, and other integration tools.
• Proficiency in integration patterns, API development, and web services (REST/SOAP).
• Familiarity with databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.) and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
