Location: Remote

Requirements:
·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or a similar role.
·        Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and system design.
·        Understanding of data security and compliance requirements related to HR systems.
·        Ability to ensure HR systems comply with relevant regulations and policies.
