Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Technical Help Desk who will answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems, typically of a lower complexity. This candidate may install software or perform hardware testing remotely.
Responsibilities:
Enter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errors• Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities
Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
Desired Skill Set:
2 years of experience in Technical Help Desk
2 years of experience with Active director and office 365
2 years of experience with Paulo alto and Citrix
2 years of experience in Customer Service
Strong communication skills
Nice To Have:
Banking experience
