MUST HAVE
– Legal Status in Canada
– 5-7+ years of experience for Windows Support

Desired Skills:
•Account and Access Management –Group Management, GPO, Multifactor Authentication (MFA, and Identity Management (IDM).
•Active Directory, DNS, DHCP (Men & Mice), Certificate Services (PKI, Venafi).
•Azure Automation, Federation Services, Application Proxy.
•Microsoft Office 365, Exchange, Outlook, Calendars, Teams, SharePoint,.
SCCM/Intune/Bitlocker – Patching, Automation and Endpoint Management.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
• Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
• Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively.
