Key Requirements:
– 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
– Proficient in project management with a deep understanding of agile principles
– Skilled in organizing and leading agile sprints across various departments
– Conducts daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Scrum-related meetings
– Aids in removing obstacles to enhance team productivity
– Fosters a conducive environment for the Agile team to achieve goals
– Builds strong relationships between team members, business owners, and external stakeholders
– Provides hands-on training and coaching on Agile practices
– Drives agile transformation in non-technology teams
– Prior experience in the banking industry is essential
– Familiarity with Payments/core banking is a bonus
