Back Office Processing Position.

Our client is actively seeking candidates located in Edmonton, Calgary, or Vancouver for a back office processing position. They are looking for individuals with a banking background and financial services.

Key Qualifications:
– Must be in Canada (Edmonton, Calgary, or Vancouver)
– Fresh graduates who are eager to get into banking
– 6+ months of banking – back office experience – Canadian banking preferred but open to international experience
Business/ financial banking
– Need to be adaptable with the upcoming migration – need to be able to pivot with the volumes and different tasks that come everyday
– Queue management – SLA driven

Nice to Have:
– People first mentality (put the team above own individual – giddyup – high volume and putting in the extra to support the volumes)
– Being open to change and new ideas – not reverting to what they are used to or where they came from
