🚨 Exciting Opportunity for a Capital Markets Business Analyst – IT! 🚨
We’re currently looking for 2 talented Capital Markets Business Analysts to join
a 6-month contract (with the possibility of extension and even FTE conversion).
This is a fantastic chance to be part of a Salesforce integration project focused on digitizing and improving systems in the Client Lifecycle for Global Banking & Markets.
Location: Hybrid (1 day/week onsite Toronto)
Contract Duration: 6 months (extension & FTE potential)

Project Highlights:
Collaborate with the CRM Global Technology Applications team supporting Wholesale Banking clients.
Work on a Salesforce project to integrate and digitize the client lifecycle systems.
Design workflows, build system integrations, and work closely with consultants and business stakeholders to drive quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct gap analysis and requirements assessments with business teams.
Collaborate on design and integration with Architecture teams.
Create impact analysis, user stories, and workflows for implementation.
Automate and design test sets for functional, non-functional, and performance testing.
Full project lifecycle involvement: from specification writing to production deployment.
What We’re Looking For:
8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA), with 3+ years as a technical lead.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM.
Strong SQL query skills and expertise in capital markets and global banking.
Experience in financial services (AML, KYC, or Compliance) is a plus.
Ideal Candidate:
A Salesforce SME with experience in integration and enterprise-level solutioning.
Excellent at problem-solving, thinking outside the box, and a strong communicator.
