We are hiring for Bilingual Support Technician in Mississauga, Canada (fully onsite)
Ideal candidates should have below skills:
▶️Bilingual (mandatory) – Fluent (conversation, reading, and writing) in English and French.
▶️Experience with SAP, MS Dynamics 365, or other ERP and dispatching platforms.
▶️Previous experience in a technical call center environment.
▶️Experience in MS Office applications.
▶️Knowledge of the Canadian geography.
