Job Title: RFR-BA-467 – Business Analyst

Working Status: Services will be performed via remote access. Work cannot be performed outside of Canada

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Hours per day: 7.75

 

Mandatory Requirements

Valid PRINCE2 Foundation level or higher certification

 

Skills and Experience

10 years’ experience performing business analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities. Experience should include documenting customer requirements and business processes and identifying where the capability gaps lie.7 years’ experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting.5 years’ experience performing analysis and testing on integration of healthcare information systems using the HL7 (Health Level 7) standard. Examples should include reviewing rejected HL7 messages for data issues.5 years’ experience working with provincial healthcare client registry solutions including analysis of integration with other healthcare information systems and testing of the registry solution.6 years’ experience testing information systems including developing test plans and test scripts, and executing system and user acceptance testing.1 year of experience providing organizational change management (OCM) services including developing training materials and delivering training and demos virtually. Experience should also include delivering train-the-trainer curriculum.3 years’ experience developing and testing Business Intelligence (BI) reports derived from application data.

The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
