Business Manager (Data/Business Analyst)

we are seeking a Business Manager (Data/Business Analyst)  in Montreal, QC, Canada.

Primary Responsibilities:
– Support Technology COO and Technology Business Management in 3rd Product Vendor governance and analysis, synthesizing findings into narratives for management stakeholders
– Modeling and analysis to support technology governance forums, providing management reporting and our ability to hold groups accountable for benefits associated with 3rd party vendor products
– Support multi-year cost efficiency portfolio and tracking projects, business cases and initiatives
– Management support for ad hoc studies and analysis toward the objective of improving department’s operations, training, and operational processes
– Work with Technology Strategy Management teams and Tech Management Stakeholders to define appropriate governance processes to mitigate the growth of 3rd Party Software Expenses, provide actionable levers to firm Stakeholders

Qualifications:
– Excellent analytical and communication skills, expertise with PowerPoint, excel and large data sets
– Adept at creating management presentations, delivering concise synthesis of suggestion actions to senior firm management
– Willingness to take ownership and accountability to execute and deliver on goals; strong commitment to high quality standards
– Excellent time management skills, ability to efficiently prioritize and multitask, and work under pressure.
