Exciting Opportunity: 2 Senior Project Manager (CISSP security)
Hybrid | Onsite Ottawa, Ontario | Full-Time Contracts

Join our client and lead critical IT infrastructure projects in a high-security government environment!

A valid Canadian Federal Government security clearance to Secret or Top Security is required

We’re seeking TWO dynamic Senior Project Managers with CISSP certification to join the client’s team and manage the execution and delivery of highly classified IT infrastructure projects. If you’re an experienced project manager with a passion for complex IT security initiatives and the skills to navigate large, high-stakes projects, this is your chance to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities:
Lead planning, development, and execution of IT projects with a focus on CTSN authentication and authorization services.
Ensure successful delivery of projects using Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
Manage project documentation, communication, and issue resolution.
Develop project plans, manage budgets, and maintain schedules.
Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across government and industry.
Oversee risk management, and project changes, and ensure quality assurance.
Qualifications:
CISSP certification and PMP certification are required.
Minimum 96 months of IT Project Management experience, with at least 36 months on complex projects.
Experience with Agile and Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies.
Strong experience managing projects in classified IT security environments (design, development, implementation, etc.).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT-related fields, or a Community College diploma with additional experience.
Proficiency in Atlassian Suite (JIRA & Confluence) and other project management tools.
Bonus Points:
Experience in cyber operations, cryptographic key management, or IT security risk management.
Expertise in IT security guidance (ITSG-33) and classified IT infrastructure.
