The Role:
The Director of Engineering is seeking a Consultant to provide expert guidance and support to military stakeholders in the Discovery, Planning, and Migration phases of PLS conversion and modernization. You’ll collaborate closely with a range of military and government stakeholders to drive these crucial initiatives forward.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of project plans, implementation strategies, and migration roadmaps.
Ensure risk mitigation strategies are in place and contribute to the transition from point-to-point connections to IP networks.
Work alongside military and government teams to facilitate smooth transitions and drive innovation in IT services.

Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years creating and overseeing project plans, migration strategies, and risk mitigation for large-scale organizations (10,000+ employees).
PMP certification is a must!
4+ years of experience in transitioning point-to-point connections to IP networks in a military environment within the past 6 years.
