We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to specialize in large loss restoration projects. This role offers a hybrid work structure, competitive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage large loss restoration projects from initiation to completion.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.At least 2 years of experience managing large and complex restoration projects in residential, multifamily, and commercial settings.Strong knowledge of restoration processes and industry standards.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.The ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Strong network and connections
