Location: Hybrid (Toronto – 2 days in office)

🔹 Key Responsibilities 📝
Lead requirements gathering and documentation across Pods 💼
Oversee large, high-risk, strategic programs with both Waterfall & Agile methodologies 🔄
Develop delivery plans, manage resources, costs, and timelines 💡
Engage stakeholders and ensure final agreement and sign-off 🖊️
Assess change requests, analyze impacts, and propose solutions 🔍
Manage risks, issues, and ensure the alignment of initiatives with business objectives 🚧

🔹 Required Skills & Experience 📋
10+ years of Business Analysis experience in Financial Services 💵
Expertise in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) concepts like KYC, CDD, LCTR, STR, and FINTRAC regulations 🔒
Experience with Transaction Monitoring and Customer Risk Rating applications 🕵️‍♂️
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence 💻
Outstanding communication, relationship management, and leadership skills 🗣️
Highly motivated, proactive, and an independent thinker 💪
