Junior Standards Support Designer

Calian is looking for a Junior Standards Support Designer to join our team at the Canadian Forces Logistics Training Centre (CFLTC) in Borden, ON. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for education and training, and a commitment to supporting the Canadian Armed Forces.

Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide standards-specific support to Food Services Training cadre and courses
✔️ Administer assessments for student assignments, in line with training plans
✔️ Conduct Standards briefings to clarify expectations for trainees
✔️ Provide written/verbal feedback following performance checks and corrective actions
✔️ Mark individual performance checks within one day of submission

Qualifications:
✅ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in training and education evaluation (both student and program evaluations)
